Ben and his dog Belly live by the sea, and the sea is doing strange things. The fishermen were bewildered. "The last time the water was this wild," said one, "was the Great Storm of '37." But no one had ever heard of the sea moving houses around at night...

Something had to be done. So Ben and Belly put out to sea under the cover of darkness to solve the mystery.
